Manage or cancel FlightVault Pro

FlightVault Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you manage it in your store account:

  • iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FlightVault.
  • Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by the store you paid through: request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or see Google Play's refund help.

Your data

To have your account and flight data deleted, email [email protected]. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and our Terms & Conditions cover using the app.

What's included in FlightVault Pro?

Pro unlocks unlimited trips, real-time flight alerts delivered straight to your phone (gate changes, delays, diversions, baggage belts, and more), detailed real-world flight paths, and early access to new features — all for $2.99/month.

How do real-time flight notifications work?

All users get notified the moment check-in opens for their flight, so you never miss your check-in window. We cover most major airlines - for the rest, the reminder falls back to 24 hours before departure. FlightVault Pro goes further - it monitors your flight and pushes live updates directly to your phone the moment our system receives them - departure changes, terminal and gate updates, diversions, arrival weather, and baggage belt assignments. Live updates are subject to data availability and may vary by airline and airport.

How do I see every flight I've taken?

Add them to FlightVault: search by flight number or by route and date, scan your boarding pass, or import your history from Flighty, myFlightradar24 or a CSV file. Your map, stats and achievements count every flight from day one.

Can I scan my boarding pass?

Yes. Scan the barcode on your paper or mobile boarding pass, or add a pass straight from Apple Wallet on iPhone, and FlightVault fills in the flight details for you.

Is there a limit to how many flights I can log?

No limits — ever. Both free and Pro users can log unlimited past and upcoming flights. Pro adds unlimited trip organization on top of that (free users can create up to 2 trips).

Can I import my flights from another app?

Yes. You can import your flight history from Flighty, myFlightradar24 or a CSV file, and export your complete history anytime, so you never lose your records.

Is FlightVault available on both iPhone and Android?

Yes. FlightVault has native apps for iPhone and Android, both with Home Screen widgets, and your data syncs across all your devices automatically.
